Former pupil Alex Baker has been appointed "Jerwood Young Artist" for this year's Glyndebourne Festival - see http://www.jerwoodcharitablefoundation.org/?lid=2206 . Whilst we do not yet know what role he will be given, we do know it is in "Rusalka" which is to be recorded for DVD release.
